Build & Sell Apps to Local Businesses How To read On
I am excited about the concept of working with your local community in building and learning to sell Apps to your local community.
For a while I had wondered about App business platform I would consider how this new exciting technology would be appropriate to my local business market that in turn may create a niche and create a passive income.
In considering the idea the building and selling of Apps eluded me because of the perception of technically difficulty and likely event of out sourcing to someone which is doable but time wasting.
I started think of the possibilities in my local area and you know what?
What if you could build an app that had:
GPS turn-by-turn directions
Fan “Wall” page
Push notifications (!!!)
Coupons based on your GPS location
Email photo feature
Tell A Friend capabilities
Built-in events listing
Built-in image gallery
Auto responder integration
QR code coupons
Twitter and Facebook integration
Open Table built right in
Embedded shopping cart / store
Display any web page
Plus the apps work on Android, iPhone and iPad. Oh yeah, and you can update it at any time.
AND YOU DON’T NEED A PROGRAMMER FOR ANY OF IT.
Do Small Business Want an App?
You know I can’t think of a great lead generation tool and customers get this free so happy customers.
You at least perceived as technologically savvy and keeping up with the pace of technology advancements imagine the idea of having your business in the Apple App Store or Android Marketplace, logo, you really have become of age.
Some businesses might be interested in just a particular feature – for example, being able to have a “Loyalty Card” built right into the app so customer’s don’t have to carry it around will make paperwork headaches, lost cards, etc. easier on everyone.
Here’s a good one – let’s say a local bar or nightclub gets one of these apps. At 10pm on Friday night, they send a push notification that goes out to everyone who’s downloaded the app telling them that ladies get one drink free for the next hour. Everyone who’s out at various clubs and bars in the area would FLOCK to this place with the offer. And since it’s a push notification, right ton the spot, people make their decision to move NOW. Which means the business owner sees results NOW.
How to Make Small Business Apps
So what’s the tools that allows you to do all of this?
Bizness Apps White Label Program from Bizness Apps on Vimeo.
It’s called Bizness Apps. And what makes this a viable opportunity for you is that they offer a white-label program. Everything you create, everything your local business client sees is from you and your company, not Bizness Apps
You’ll want to get an Apple Developer account so you can add apps to their App Store. Your cost is $99. Do this WELL BEFORE you want to submit apps, it can take a while.
Do the same at the Android Marketplace. Their fee is $25.
Sign up for a free Bizness Apps account and play with it. See what you can make. Get used to the platform.
Reach out to anyone you know in sales and see if they’d like to make some extra money. Collect a list of potential clients. Hand your card out to door-to-door salespeople letting them know you’ve got a better job for them.
Once you’re approved by Android and Apple, unleash this beast on your town!
Do you see the potential? Are you excited?

Google Panda Case Study
This has been banded around allot GOOGLE PANDA and it wasn’t until I spent sometime watching Brian G Johnson reveal his 15-18 month study on the impact of google new algorithms for accessing worthiness of site creditability.
Well they have step up their observation of user behavior on your site and determine these key point three of them as crediting you a valued site.
Not so much link building but emphasis on what users are doing on your site -how long they were there, viewed your page and how many left in a hurry unhappy with your content and seeking further satisfaction elsewhere.
Users participation on your site is everything.
Bounce Rate
Bounce rate is the percentage of single-page visits or visits in which the person left your site from the entrance (landing) page. Use this metric to measure visit quality – a high bounce rate generally indicates that site entrance pages aren’t relevant to your visitors. The more compelling your landing pages, the more visitors will stay on your site and convert. You can minimize bounce rates by tailoring landing pages to each keyword and ad that you run. Landing pages should provide the information and services that were promised in the ad copy.
Average Time on Site
Time on site is one way of measuring visit quality. If visitors spend a long time visiting your site, they may be interacting extensively with it. However, Time on site can be misleading because visitors often leave browser windows open when they are not actually viewing or using your site.
Page Views
Average pageviews is one way of measuring visit quality. A high Average Pageviews number suggests that visitors interact extensively with your site. A high Average Pageviews results from one or both of:- Appropriately targeted traffic (i.e. visitors who are interested in what your site offers.
- High quality content effectively presented on the site.
Traffice & Conversion Summit 2012 Review
Brian G Johnson I have followed for 2 years and he has been a great mentor and some of the names on his video I have bought internet products ,services attended their online webinars but it was encouraging to see their faces and get a sense of all those powerful internet leaders doing there thing Brian G. Johnson, Tim Castleman, John S. Rhodes, James J. Jones, Jay Boyer, Tanner Larrson, Kevin Rogers, Ben Johnson, The bike Taxi Guy, Daniel Hall and many more that I was unable to fit into the video.
You may or may not recognize them but if you considering tapping into good solid mindset in online marketing you really need to be developing your own presence, your products and also forging allot of your ideas in developing a business.
Traffic & Conversion Summit 2012 Review February in USA nice video of whos who in online marketing by Brian G Johnson, you get a sense to have that much talent & information of proven leaders in a room would be so beneficial.I remember years ago they were such a faceless bunch not anymore online marketers revealed and networking face to face.
